Board of directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for all aspects of the administration of the Orchestra.
The members of the Board are elected every fall by parents at WIYSO's Annual General Meeting for a two-year term. The two musicians' representatives are elected by the members of the Senior Orchestra for a one-year term. The President is selected among and voted in by Board members annually.
In addition to the elected members, the Artistic Director serves on the Board as a non-voting member.
With the exception of the Artistic Director, all Board members are unpaid volunteers.
